assistants after I’d seen the help you could give me. Congrats on the mystery novel! My
first student assistant has her first thriller out, Diane Castle’s Black Oil, Red Blood.

Thanks for mentioning Probe, Shirley! It’s one of my favorites. And there was a sequel, Counterprobe. And I had two more books in mind. Look for ebook versions of the first two in the next year or so!

Many years ago, I was your first “file clerk” while I was on the journalism department faculty at Texas Christian University. Thanks, Maria, for your compliment on Louie’s “Coyote Peyote” story. Actually, the
digital books begin at Cat in a Leopard Spot, which is thirteen. (I think.)

Yes! Those will get into digital as soon as I can make it happen. I expect to make
real progress on that in the second part of this year. It takes a lot of time to
convent print books to digital. Louis is lashing his tail with impatience, but I
want to do them right. As I mentioned to Leon, keep checking http://www.wishlistpublishing.com
for what is available now. More will be coming!

Oh, gosh Ben!

I’ll let the publisher know first thing Monday. It may have been a flawed reprinting
or a production glitch on just one book. I’ll let you know.
